Rob Sumrall

Lead Teaching Pastor

Rob was raised in Alabama. He has served local churches as a vocational minister for over 20 years. He has served churches in Louisiana, Alabama, and Kentucky. As founding pastor of Crossroads, he hopes to spend the rest of his ministry days serving here. He and his wife Michelle have three children. Rob enjoys reading, cooking, college football, and spending time with his kids. Rob serves Crossroads as its teaching pastor, a LifeGroup leader, and an elder.

Randy Pettus

Administrative Pastor

Randy was born in East St. Louis, IL. He served the Marine Corps for over 23 years, achieving the rank of Master Gunnery Sergeant.  He then worked in the call center industry for 19 years. Randyand his wife, Karie, have been married for 24 years; they have four children and three grandchildren. He volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) with the foster care system.  He has been the Administrative Pastor since August of 2017 and oversees the day-to-day operations of Crossroads.

John Piwetz

John was born in Ohio, but was raised all over the country as his father was in the Air Force. He met his wife, Karen, at Auburn University. They have four lovely daughters. He works at Sun Tan City where he serves as CFO. His hobbies include dating his wife, running, cycling, and spending time with his girls. John serves Crossroads as a LifeGroup Leader and an Elder. John also serves as a member of the board of Chosen People International, a missionary ministry based in Guatemala whose primary mission is training pastors, especially in rural/remote areas of Central America.

Bob Miller

Bob was born and raised in West Virginia. Bob served in the US Navy and then worked for Ford Motor Company for 30 years. He and Doris have been married for 47 years. They have two children and two grandsons. Bob enjoys fishing, wood working, and being Doris’ boyfriend. He serves in multiple capacities at Crossroads, including LifeGroup ministry, as an elder, and overseeing the Facilities Ministry.
