Deacons

Stacy Spencer is a native of Lafayette, GA and graduated from Lafayette High School. After a stint (20 Years and 9 days) in the U.S Army, he continues to serve the United States as a Department of the Army Civilian. He is married to Sherry Spencer and they have two children (Selina and Sarah) and three grandchildren (Jeremiah, Alana, and Sofia). Stacy Serves Crossroads as a Life Group Leader and assists with the Youth Group.

Michael was born and raised in Northern California, eventually moving to Southern California in 1977.  While living in Southern California, he learned his painting trade, and became an owner/operator of his own painting company, primarily painting large custom homes.  In 1983, Michael met his wife, and best friend, Linda, and married in 1990.  In 2006, Michael sold his business and moved to Kentucky so that he and Linda could be near their children and grandchildren.  He officially retired from painting in 2012.  In 2015, Michael and Linda became members of Crossroads.  Michael has been serving as a Deacon and a member of the safety team since 2016.  In his spare time, Michael enjoys serving the Lord, hunting, and fishing.

Brandon Brady was born and raised in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. He and his wife Melissa have been married since 2005, and they have six children. They have been members of Crossroads since 2015. Brandon serves in various ministries at Crossroads, including the security team and student ministry.

Brad was born and raised in Rustburg Virginia.  He has been married to his wife Loree since 2007 and they have two kids, Vivienne and Ryder.  Brad served as a Marine from 2004 to 2010 including three tours in Iraq.  He moved to Elizabethtown in 2016 for a career opportunity and became a member at Crossroads in early 2017.  Brad currently serves in the student ministry.

Tim was born and raised in Northern New York. He retired from the Air Force after over 24 years of service. He married his wife, Mary 41 years ago and they have 3 adult children and 8 grandchildren. Tim and Mary have lived in Hardin County since Fall 2014 and have attended Crossroads since Summer 2017. Tim leads an on-site Bible study Sunday mornings and they participate in the Miller home group for the past year.

Scott was born and raised here in Hardin County, Ky. After working a few years for a traveling contractor in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Kansas, Scott returned home and has been employed in various positions at Pepsi Cola for 33 + years. Scott and his wife Donna have been inseparable best friends since meeting in 1989. In addition to loving God they share many interests, one of which is motorcycling. They have traveled together, each on their own motorcycle, across 42 states. They also enjoy the hobby of woodworking. Scott is a charter member here at Crossroads and desires to live its mission statement, “Love God, Love Others and Serve the World “

Andy was born and raised in Elizabethtown, KY. He and his wife, Beverly, have been married 18 years and have 2 children. Andy enjoys playing golf and supporting his children in their school and sports activities. He serves on the worship team, and as a Deacon since 2017.

Steven Green (Steve), his wife Phyllis and family have been part of Crossroads from the beginning. He is a 26-year US Air Force Veteran and settled here to be near family. Steve and Phyllis have four children, 2 boys and two girls, and they currently reside in Cecilia. He serves in his post-US Air Force career as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the local community. As such, he has a heart to help marriages start strong, stay strong, and to help keep families together. He is Scoutmaster for local Boy Scout Troop 221, and as a Deacon, Steve leads the church’s Security and Safety team. In his scant off-time, he is an avid hunter, loves riding and fixing motorcycles, and participating in outdoor activities.

Chase was born in New Mexico and has lived in Kentucky for thirty years. Chase has been a member at Crossroads since 2013 and has served on the worship team in various capacities.

Andy Nall was born and raised in Elizabethtown, KY. He has been married to his beautiful wife, Stephanie, since July 2009. Together they are blessed with 4 children. Trace (6), Lillian (4), and James and Jasper (1). They have been a part of Crossroads Baptist Church since February 2013. Andy has been involved with his LifeGroup, Accountability Group, and Praise Team. He works at Metalsa as an Automation Specialist. On his days off, you can find him working on their hobby farm, chasing after his children, or at praise team practice

Brent Sallie and his wife Heather are blessed to be the parents of their only child, Charlie. They’ve been members of Crossroads Baptist Church since it was founded and Brent was elected to the office of Deacon shortly thereafter. Since he’s been a deacon, he’s served in several ways. Brent serves on the Security and Safety Team, helps with technology, and tries to always make himself available to lend a helping hand and serve our God however he can.

Ryan Spann is a native of Paducah, KY. He has been married to his beautiful wife, Elizabeth, since June 2011. Ryan and Elizabeth moved to Elizabethtown in 2011. Ryan and Elizabeth are parents to their daughter Rory. They have been a part of Crossroads Baptist Church since May 2018 with Ryan’s wife serving on staff as the Children’s Minister. Ryan is actively involved within his LifeGroup, College & Career Class, and Children’s Ministry. Ryan works for Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Risk Management/Safety Engineer. On his days off, you can find him spending time with his family and friends and avidly supporting the Big Blue Nation!

Sam and his family have been worshiping at Crossroads Baptist Church since we opened our doors. He was born and raised in Hardin County and loves this community. He retired from Flint Group after 30 years of service in 2017. Sam is married to our worship leader, Shannon and they have three children, two beautiful grandchildren, and they’re about to be blessed with a great daughter-in-law. Sam serves Crossroads with our Safety team, Accountability Group, and our Hospitality Team. He has always been a faithful servant but now officially serves as a Deacon beginning in 2018. Both Sam and Shannon love Jesus and want to see His name lifted high in our community!

Randy was born and raised in Kentucky. Randy retired from the Army with over 20 years of service. He and Andrea are high school sweethearts and have been married for 37 years. They have three children and nine grandchildren. Randy enjoys hunting, fishing and woodworking. Randy serves as a deacon and is a co-leader of a Life group.
